Through the appointment form: your name, phone number, email (optional), reason for the visit and availability. We collect no detailed health information online.

Use

This information is used only to call you back to set an appointment. It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Retention

Requests received by email are kept as long as needed for follow-up, then deleted or added to your patient file.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. The map is drawn from OpenStreetMap and sets no cookies. The Instagram feed, when shown, is provided by a third party that may set its own cookies.
